Fake It For Me by R. S. Elliot

This book is not a slow start, however I had a slow start with it. I was suffering a book hangover from two books ago. Something I both love and hate. Anyway,  once I sat down to really read it I was excited to.

This is a billionaire boss and secret baby trope. A misunderstanding leads to a fake engagement and a very real baby in this novel.

I enjoyed the back and forth between the main characters. I also liked how the secret baby came to light and daddy's reaction was sweet.

Overall I'd rate this story a ❤❤❤❤❤
(I swear not everything gets that rating)

Christmas Cookie Baby by Laura Marie Altom

This book started me out laughing. I ended up loving it so much although it was touch and go for a moment. I think the only thing I didn't like was how fast the MMC proposed. It's all part of the story , though, and the story wouldn't be the same without it.
So, the story is about a pilot and his passenger going down. Thinking they are going to die they decided to go out with a banging. Fast forward 7 months and she shows up to tell him he's going to be a father. The rest of the story follows with him trying to get her to marry him. It is a sweet story and they end up falling in love, of course.

I loved this story and gave it ❤♥❤❤❤

Welcome to my blog!

Hello and welcome to my blog. My name is Kim and I'm an introvert and a total book nerd. I mostly read romance novels but every once in awhile I read self help and earth based religion books. I have a Kindle but I still love actual books. The library is my sanctuary.

This blog is mostly to blog about books but I also plan on blogging about other topics of interest to introverts.

A little about me. I'm 38 and married to the love of my life he is also an introvert and we spend a lot of time just being introverts together.  I have Bipolar 1 and PTSD but I'm medicated and living my best life. I live in St. Louis which is a great city to live in I really love the libraries. 200 free pages to print a month and no late fees! When I'm not reading I'm watching TV and movies. I also have been a knitter for 30 years.

I can't wait to get to blogging and I hope you enjoy my ramblings.
